Sumner is located a 15-minute drive east of Christchurch. Enjoy the beach, cafés and some of the quirky seaside architecture that gives Sumner its character. This property is located right in the heart of Sumner, only a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and bars and the beach is across the road.

This architecturally designed house is fully furnished and includes 3 bedrooms, a king, Queen and double all with heat pumps and electric blankets. The bed linen is high quality with down and feather duvet inners and cotton blankets for the summer. There are 2 toilets, one with a newly renovated bathroom and shower downstairs and another toilet upstairs. Also downstairs has the 2 main bedrooms. Upstairs you have a newly renovated kitchen, open plan dining/living, separate laundry and the 3rd bedroom. There is a private courtyard for barbeques and outdoor living, and and a stunning tiered garden behind it. The sunsets here have to be seen to be believed.

The property comes with Sky Television and unlimited fibre high speed internet. Christchurch city is only 15 minutes away. There is a bus only 100 metres away that goes to the city, Christchurch University and the airport. Grab a coffee and take a walk with the locals on the famous esplanade as you check out the surfers plying their trade.
